Welcome to the Cleveland Guardians RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) program, one of the most respected youth baseball and softball programs in the country, backed by Major League Baseball, the Cleveland Guardians, and Cleveland Guardians Charities.

RBI exists to open doors. Through the game of baseball and softball, we are committed to creating pathways for young people in our community to grow as athletes and as individuals. Players in this program train in a high quality, team-first environment where they build real skills, develop genuine confidence, wear authentic Guardians gear, and represent their city on regional and national stages.
